Overview

The Parks Advisory Board shall advise and make recommendations to the City Manager regarding the improvement, beautification, planning, promotion, evaluation, and recreational programming of the City's parks and recreational facilities for items which contain adequate funds within the approved fiscal budget. The Parks Advisory Board shall make recommendations to the Common Council regarding park improvement, beautification, planning, promotion, evaluation, and recreational programming which require additional funds beyond what is authorized in the approved City budget.
