The Peekskill City Winter Parking Ordinance will now be in effect through April 15“^.
Parking is Prohibited on City streets from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. except in designated areas where
signs are posted for Winter Alternate Side of the Street Parking. If signs are posted, follow the
instructions that are listed on the sign. Vehicles in violation of this Ordinance may be issued a
Parking Ticket with fines starting at $50.00. Fines will increase to $150.00 if a State of Emergency
is declared. Vehicles may also be towed at the owner’s expense an\4ime a vehicle interferes with
snow plowing and snow removal, etc. operations.
La Ordenanza de Estacionamiento de Invierno de la Ciudad de Peekskill estara en efecto hasta abril 15.
Esta prohibido estacionar en las calles de la Ciudad de 8:00 pm hasta 8:00 am, excepto en las zonas
donde hayan letreros puesto para el Estacionamiento Altenar del Invierno. Si hay letreros puesto, por
favor siga las instrucciones que aparecen en el letrero. Vehiculos en violacion de esta Ordenanza se
podran emitir un boleto de estacionamiento con multas hasta $50.00. Las muitas se incrementaran a
$150.00 si ei estado de emergencia es declarado. Los vehiculos tambien pueden ser remolcados a costa
del propietario si un vehiculo interfiere con el arado y/o la remocion de nieve, operaciones, etc.
